What is the largest sized plate you can print?
We can print any size up to 24 in. x 16 in.

What's the smallest sized plate you can make?
We can make plates as small as ¼" x ¼". An additional precision cutting charge may apply. Consult factory.

What are the limitations of your shaped badges?
Obviously, some shapes are more conducive to profiling than others. We profile plastic only.

Do you make odd-shaped lapel pins?
PromoPins include a custom shape with no additional die charge.

Can you bend metal or plastic?
Yes. We bend plastic to make our Boston Style fold-over badges. It is also possible to bend brass and aluminum, but not for badges. We have successfully made wine labels and "A" tents for table tops and counter displays.
